Tarangire

The Tarangire National Park, 80 Km long and 40 Km wide, is a park rich in baobabs and acacias. Park is preserved thanks to the endemic presence of the tsetse fly. Fly sting causes the sleep desease and decimates cattle, so masai sheperds was unable to come down until there in their progress to the south of the Rift valley. Park contains many elephants herds as well as giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, buffalos et some felines.
