Sillustani


The chullpas (tombs) of Sillustani. The circular buildings sheltered mummies which one introduced by a catch door located at their base. Most important of these towers, Torre of Lagartija (of the lizard) and Serpiente (of the snake), are engraved figures of these two crowned animals.
