Ulaanbaatar

Ulaanbaatar (1350 m) is located in the valley of the Tuul river, flowing to the south. The city spreads on 30 km from the west to the east, and on 15 km from the north to the south. Ulaanbaatar, populated of 1 million of inhabitant, is composed of 9 districts. In the center, some places offer an architecture very mingled, the soviet architecture left the place to a very Mongol city where a yurt sometimes sits next to jeeps.
